NightOut is an adults-only dating and social app. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service.
Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
NightOut prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, sexualization of minors, solicitation involving minors, and any conduct that exploits or endangers children.
Reporting concerns
Users can report safety concerns in the app by using available reporting flows or by contacting NightOut directly. Reports involving child safety are reviewed with priority.

Enforcement
When NightOut becomes aware of content or behavior that violates these standards, we may remove content, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve relevant evidence where appropriate, and take steps to prevent further harm.
Legal compliance and reporting
NightOut complies with applicable child safety laws. Where required or appropriate, confirmed CSAM or CSAE incidents may be reported to relevant regional or national authorities.
